About the Role

Azad is seeking a Duty Supervisor to oversee daily site operations in Jeddah. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors, tenants, contractors, and staff. The Duty Supervisor acts as the primary on-site contact during shifts, addressing operational issues, visitor concerns, and safety matters professionally.

Role Context and Purpose

The Duty Supervisor supports the Operations Manager by supervising front-line teams and coordinating various functions including security, facilities, cleaning, maintenance, and tenant relations. The core purpose of this position is to ensure that operational standards and service levels are consistently maintained across Souq7, contributing to a seamless and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
Lead and allocate tasks to front-line teams, including security, cleaning, and guest services, to maintain high service standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met across all areas.
Monitor site safety and security, coordinating with the Security Team for prompt incident and emergency response.
Coordinate with maintenance and facility management to ensure proper functioning of equipment and timely issue resolution.
Act as the first point of contact for tenant and visitor inquiries, resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and support emergency drills and training.
Prepare accurate shift handover reports, incident reports, and daily operational logs.
Coordinate with cleaning contractors to maintain cleanliness standards throughout Souq7.
Support crowd management, visitor flow, and event operations in coordination with internal teams and contractors.
Monitor service levels and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action.
Support the onboarding, training, and guidance of new front-line staff.
Monitor operational supplies and report requirements for timely procurement.
Assist in incident investigations and follow-up actions.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Reporting Structure

The Duty Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager. This role involves close collaboration with various internal departments and external stakeholders, including maintenance, security, cleaning, tenant relations, contractors, and service providers.
