About the Role

Sheraton is seeking an F&B Support Expert (Dry) to join the team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services, contributing to a memorable guest experience beyond just meal delivery. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, with a preference for candidates who have previous exposure to a food and beverage environment.

Role Purpose

The F&B Support Expert takes initiative to provide a wide range of services essential for efficient food and beverage operations. This role is integral to creating a seamless and positive experience for guests by ensuring that all support functions are handled effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Set tables according to established standards.
Assist kitchen staff as required to maintain operational flow.
Clean work areas and replenish supplies to ensure readiness.
Provide support that enhances the guest experience during transactions.
Maintain a safe workplace environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Uphold quality standards in all tasks.
Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Read and visually verify information, including managing menus.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
Experience: No related work experience is required. Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
License or Certification: None required.
