About Bayut KSA and the Role
Bayut KSA is the leading property portal in the Kingdom, connecting millions of users across Saudi Arabia and committed to delivering a superior online search experience. As an integral part of Dubizzle Group, Bayut operates alongside prominent classifieds brands, collectively serving over 123 million monthly users. We are seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah Province, for a full-time position.
The Field Sales Consultant Opportunity
This role involves conducting daily calls and meetings within the market, utilizing a consultative sales approach. The Field Sales Consultant will assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their business needs, aiming to drive strong results through Bayut's advertising solutions. This position requires an experienced professional capable of managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to customer engagement and closing sales.
- Maintain consistent daily customer calls and conduct regular market visits.
- Educate customers on how to align their business goals with sustainable Bayut advertising solutions through a consultative approach.
- Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects to support long-term growth and business sustainability.
- Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and creating relevant campaigns to maximize their returns.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations.
- Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound customer requests effectively.
- Draft and deliver proposals tailored to specific customer needs.
- Report on sales activity, including daily visit reports, and provide market intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid and current Driving License in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Consultant, capable of managing a full sales cycle.

The successful candidate will serve as a positive representative of Bayut KSA and its brand within the marketplace. All sales activities must be conducted with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity, upholding company standards in every interaction.
