About the Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking a Guest Ambassador for its operations in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences to foster loyalty and encourage engagement within the centers.

Role Context

The Guest Ambassador plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued. This involves placing the guest at the center of all interactions and operational activities to deliver exceptional service. The aim is to inspire loyalty and enhance the overall guest experience, contributing to greater spending and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a welcoming and positive manner, consistently offering a friendly demeanor.
• Address guest concerns and issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a problem-solving approach.
• Handle challenging situations with resilience, maintaining professionalism and not taking matters personally.
• Provide clear, polite, and professional communication to guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, encompassing clear verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with specific operational needs in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as dictated by operational demands.
