About the Role

Loop KSA is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale its marketing operations. This is a contract position based in Makkah, with responsibilities spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The role reports directly to the CEO and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience. A competitive salary in SAR will be offered.

Loop addresses the societal challenges of waste disposal and material accumulation by creating positive environmental and economic impact through recycling and efficient material reuse. The company operates within the circular economy, generating revenue by reselling donated clothing to individuals and businesses. As Loop expands across Saudi Arabia, marketing is crucial for market education, driving behavioral change, and building a recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy, Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, and channel mix.
• Develop clear positioning, messaging, and branding for Loop's services.
• Build and execute integrated campaigns to drive clothing donations and brand trust.
• Own all lead-generation KPIs, focusing on performance, conversion rates, and funnel optimization.
• Reduce dependency on paid acquisition by increasing leads from organic and non-paid channels.
• Oversee paid media strategy and performance, including budget ownership and optimization.
• Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to achieve growth targets.
• Set clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability across the team.
• Hire and scale the team as needed, making decisive people-management decisions.
• Analyze marketing performance data to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Review funnel metrics, channel performance, CTRs, and conversion rates.
• Leverage CRM, analytics platforms, and tag management systems to inform decisions.
• Oversee content strategy across channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Ensure content effectively educates the market on sustainability, recycling, and Loop's value proposition.
• Strengthen Loop's share of voice and brand awareness through social listening and market insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• Fluent Arabic is required.
• Willingness to relocate to or be based in Jeddah.
• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling marketing teams.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Experience in early-stage or scaling companies.
• Strong B2C background (e-commerce, retail, or consumer-facing platforms).
• Demonstrated experience in funnel and channel optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in paid ads and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics and RevOps.
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools (*, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar).
• Solid content creation and content strategy experience.

Compensation and Benefits
