The Role of IRD Waiter (Saudi National)

Accor is seeking a professional and customer-focused In Room Dining (IRD) Waiter to join its hospitality team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering dining experiences to guests in their rooms, focusing on attentive service, food quality, and maintaining professional standards. The IRD Waiter will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction during in-room dining moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in their rooms, providing recommendations as needed.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Set up and arrange dining areas in guest rooms according to established protocols and guest preferences.
• Respond to guest requests and special dietary requirements with professionalism and flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries accurately and discreetly.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and housekeeping staff to coordinate seamless service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns immediately.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized, removing dishes and clearing tables promptly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, representing the organization with integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a related hospitality role.
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Saudi National.
