The Role: Key Account

Red Production KSA is seeking a Key Account to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and cultivate relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact for all marketing and media production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and align with client objectives for marketing and media production projects.
• Coordinate effectively with internal creative and production teams to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for clients.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects, adherence to scope, and maintenance of agreed quality standards.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional company services.
• Provide regular reports and strategic insights to clients.
• Support new business development initiatives.
• Actively participate in client meetings to foster strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and financial forecasts.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for the Key Account position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual capable of managing client relationships and coordinating complex projects within a dynamic production environment.

Work Location

This full-time position is based on-site in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. Candidates should be prepared for an on-site work arrangement.
