About the Role

Hilton is seeking an L&D Executive to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting the organization's learning and development initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the company. The L&D Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and manage development programs.

Role Overview

The L&D Executive is responsible for coordinating learning initiatives, maintaining training records, and evaluating the effectiveness of various development programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring that employees have access to relevant training and development opportunities, supporting their professional growth within Hilton.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer training programs and workshops.
Identify employees' learning and development needs through assessments and feedback.
Support the preparation and maintenance of annual training plans.
Liaise with training providers, vendors, and internal trainers.
Maintain accurate training records and learning databases.
Track training attendance, completion rates, and evaluation results.
Prepare reports and analytics related to learning and development activities.
Assist in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.
