About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Management Oversight Associate Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring robust governance and performance across various organizational engagements.

Role Focus and Contribution

The Associate Manager provides critical management oversight across teams and engagements. The primary focus is on governance, performance monitoring, and ensuring alignment with established organizational standards. This role emphasizes strategic oversight and control rather than direct operational project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review delivery performance and monitor high-level progress against defined objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure that risks, issues, and escalations are identified and addressed effectively through appropriate delivery management channels.
• Oversee people and stakeholder management, including aspects such as team utilization, workload balance, capability development, and performance feedback.
• Support the development and maintenance of a healthy and sustainable operating model.
• Act as a senior interface between delivery teams, the Delivery Manager, and leadership, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and alignment of expectations.
• Support governance forums, reporting requirements, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure organizational policies, controls, and quality standards are consistently applied across all activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a related field.
