About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking an Operations Team Lead, Inbound for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role is integral to the operational success of Amazon, ensuring timely processing and dispatch of customer orders. As an Operations Lead, you will gain hands-on experience with the tools and systems that drive operational efficiency and play a key role in the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide essential shift information to frontline management to ensure operational excellence.
• Support and train employees to deliver high service standards and supervise their daily tasks.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects focused on process improvement, cultivating a safe working environment, and increasing workforce engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement solutions for common issues or support needs impacting key performance areas.
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing safety, quality, and productivity.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and data analytics.
• Experience using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring.
• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience in operations management.
• Upper intermediate proficiency in English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate operational needs, which may include working shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
