About the Role

Fast Fit EMS Fitness Company, established in 2019, is a prominent EMS fitness brand operating 11 clubs across Saudi Arabia. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality EMS training solutions, fostering innovation, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing avenues for career advancement. We are seeking a Personal Trainer with EMS specialization to join our team in Jeddah.

Role Overview

The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) is responsible for providing safe, effective, and individualized training programs utilizing EMS technology. This role involves assessing clients, designing personalized training plans, monitoring progress, motivating clients, and adhering to health and safety standards. The trainer plays a crucial part in client retention and achieving client transformation goals, contributing to the overall quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized EMS-based training programs.
Conduct client assessments to understand individual needs and fitness levels.
Design and adapt training programs to meet specific client objectives.
Monitor client performance and provide feedback.
Motivate and coach clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
Contribute to client retention and positive transformation outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (*, NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent) is preferred.
Candidates with practical experience in personal training or EMS-based training will be considered.

Required Skills and Attributes

Solid understanding of fitness and training principles, including exercise physiology, functional training methods, and EMS training systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively motivate, coach, and engage clients.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
