About the Role

H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and contributing to sales objectives. The Sales Associate will be a primary point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge and support throughout the purchasing process.

Role Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to drive sales by delivering excellent customer service. The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, and ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience. This position is integral to achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and assess their needs.
• Effectively present, promote, and sell company products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process to finalize sales.
• Professionally resolve customer complaints.
• Meet or exceed established monthly sales targets.
• Maintain the visual merchandising and overall appearance of the store.

Qualifications and Requirements
