About the Role

Taj HR is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a prominent food manufacturing company based in Jeddah, specializing in spices and seasonings. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Sales Support Specialist serves as a critical link, coordinating efforts between sales representatives, suppliers, and clients. This role focuses on ensuring optimal product positioning, implementing effective pricing strategies, and maintaining market compliance within the food manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional coordination between field sales representatives, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Monitor product availability in the market, oversee product display standards on shelves, and ensure merchandising compliance through analysis of sales reports.
• Analyze market pricing trends, evaluate product performance, and generate regular sales reports to support profitability optimization.
• Oversee the execution of trade promotions, discounts, and campaigns, assessing their impact on sales volume.
• Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate databases, tracking supplier orders, and ensuring efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or similar analytical role.
• Current residency in Jeddah or a demonstrated readiness to relocate to Jeddah immediately.
• Experience within the Food Manufacturing sector is preferred.
