Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to developing and managing performance guarantees for clients, working closely with sales teams and buyers. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in the energy sector.

Role Summary

The Senior Energy Engineer plays a critical role in overseeing small projects and ensuring client activities align with contractual obligations. This position involves managing portfolios with active guarantees valued up to $30 million, setting operational objectives, and delivering results that significantly impact the job area and broader operational context. The role requires an individual contributor who can adapt and enhance existing methods while addressing complex, sometimes vaguely defined problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and buyers to develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees.
• Oversee the work of assigned resources for small projects.
• Monitor and report on client activity to ensure consistency with contractual obligations for portfolios up to $30M in active guarantees.
• Set operational objectives and deliver results that have a direct or significant impact on achievement within the job area.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies effectively to both internal and external parties.
• Infrequently use influence to convince internal and external parties to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Adapt or enhance quality or value in existing methods as part of day-to-day activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience
