About the Role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Network Security Analyst to join its Security practice in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on the day-to-day operation and support of network security services, ensuring the secure and reliable functioning of network infrastructure and threat management solutions.

The Senior Network Security Analyst will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the security posture of the network. This position requires a foundational understanding of network security principles and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support network security services using various tools and technologies.
• Perform monitoring, analyze alerts, and investigate incidents related to network and application-layer security threats.
• Administer and maintain network security devices and platforms, ensuring secure configurations and optimal availability and performance in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement and manage patching, upgrades, and signature updates for network security solutions according to approved processes.
• Continuously evaluate operational effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive improvement initiatives to enhance the network security posture.
• Support troubleshooting of network and security issues, including traffic analysis and packet capture, to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update operational documentation to ensure consistent and efficient network security practices.
• Support audit and reporting activities to provide transparency into network security operations.
• Escalate complex issues or potential threats as necessary for efficient and effective resolution.

Required Experience

This role requires 0-1 years of experience in network security operations or a related field. While a strong foundation is expected, the emphasis is on the ability to learn and contribute to the team's operational effectiveness.
