About the Role

ENPI Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in the Makkah Region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time position focuses on leading business development and driving commercial growth within the Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels) division. The role requires a candidate with a strong commercial background and a proven ability to achieve sales growth in industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with key customer accounts.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with major customers and their decision-makers.
• Leading commercial negotiations and managing the entire sales cycle.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans.
• Providing mentorship and support to the commercial team as needed.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a Saudi National.
• Be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels).

Essential Skills and Experience

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Substantial experience within one or more of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Personal Care, Detergents, or Chemicals.
• An established network of customers and key decision-makers within these sectors.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• A demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and develop strategic customer partnerships.
