About the Role

ENPI Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their team in the Makkah Region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time position focuses on driving business development and commercial growth within the Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels) division. The role requires a candidate with a strong commercial background and a proven ability to achieve sales growth in industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key customer accounts.
• Build and maintain enduring relationships with major clients and their decision-makers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans.
• Provide mentorship and support to the commercial team as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• This role is open to Saudi Nationals.
• Candidates should be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable sales experience is required, specifically within the Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels) sectors.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing sectors is essential.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Significant experience within one or more of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Personal Care, Detergents, or Chemicals.
• An established network of customers and key decision-makers within relevant sectors.
• Proficiency in commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation delivery, and relationship management.
• A documented ability to consistently exceed sales targets and build strategic customer partnerships.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah Region, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves active engagement with clients and internal teams to drive commercial success.
