About the Role

SADAFCO is seeking a Store Keeper - SC to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to coordinating inventory control processes within an assigned depot, acting as the primary warehouse focal point. The Store Keeper ensures all sales orders and returns are managed efficiently, adhering to established Operational Excellence Standards, Policies, and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the daily shift plan in line with depot requirements and delegate duties to achieve objectives.
  • Receive all incoming goods according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure accurate, timely order picking.
  • Maintain all electronic and paper records accurately and ensure proper documentation for issuing, receiving, and returns as per company policy.
  • Monitor product issuance, ensuring adherence to release dates and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of Sales Vans as per planning to ensure timely product availability for customers.
  • Ensure stock integrity, adequate record-keeping, and proper storage of goods in predefined locations with correct coding, labeling, and conditions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
  • Handle and record wasted products in accordance with company procedures.
  • Uphold company standards for Health & Safety (H&S), Housekeeping, Food Safety, Accuracy, Discipline, and Performance, including all SHEQ regulations and procedures.
  • Recognize and resolve discrepancies as they arise and perform other duties as requested by management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a storekeeping or warehouse coordination role.
