About the Role

Zegna is seeking a dedicated Tailor to join our team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing expert advice to customers on garment alterations and carrying out precise repairs. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in tailoring, focusing on delivering high-quality service and enhancing the customer experience.

Core Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through expert tailoring services. This includes advising clients on optimal garment shaping and alteration options, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring timely delivery of all items. The Tailor will contribute directly to enhancing Zegna's brand image and fostering continued customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional advice to customers regarding available options for shaping and altering items to meet their specific requirements, preferences, and tastes, enabling informed purchasing decisions.
Execute precise alterations and necessary repairs on garments strictly according to customer specifications.
Ensure the timely delivery of all altered and repaired items, maintaining high standards of service.
Contribute to an excellent customer service experience, enhancing the company's image and business operations.

Customer Engagement and Service Quality

This role emphasizes direct customer interaction, requiring the Tailor to offer the highest quality customer service.
