About the Role

Danfoss is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer Graduate to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves expanding Danfoss' presence across Saudi Arabia by supporting customers in developing energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable HVAC solutions. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Context and Impact

The Technical Sales Engineer Graduate will combine technical expertise with a consultative sales approach to build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. This role supports projects from the initial design phase through to successful implementation. The individual will collaborate with installers, consultants, contractors, wholesalers, investors, and internal technical and product teams to provide suitable solutions and contribute to Danfoss' growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Provide technical and commercial support, including preparing quotations, basic calculations, and solution proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Build and manage project opportunities by collaborating with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and other business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver product presentations, technical training, and application support to assist customers in selecting Danfoss solutions.
• Work from the Jeddah office, with regular travel across the region, and collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Sales colleagues to ensure customer experience and drive business growth.
