Key Responsibilities

• Execute creative window displays, product placements, and floor designs based on the visual merchandising plan to attract and engage customers.
• Implement seasonal floor plans, product launches, and store layout changes.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage production and installation timelines.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives while enhancing brand presence through creative visual merchandising.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained in line with MAF Fashion's marketing and communications principles.
• Stay informed about new visual merchandising trends and customer preferences to elevate the in-store experience.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store teams to ensure collaborative efforts for successful visual merchandising and sales benefits.
• Implement store signage programs according to commercial guidelines.
