About the Role: Waiter/Waitress

Leylaty Group is seeking a full-time Waiter/Waitress to join their team in Makkah, with opportunities across Jeddah and Makkah. This role is responsible for delivering professional and friendly table service, ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and present menus in a professional manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently and promptly.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas according to restaurant standards.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and management team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to take orders accurately and provide efficient table service.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
