Kerry, a global leader in taste and nutrition for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its operations in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. The Warehouse Supervisor will be instrumental in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of materials and finished goods, and upholding Kerry's commitment to quality and safety.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse activities. This includes ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The role involves leading warehouse teams, driving inventory accuracy, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The successful candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and optimize warehouse performance in alignment with business objectives.

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the proper receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials according to company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to optimize space utilization.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, stock movements, and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and address operational issues.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure performance and compliance.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in warehousing, with a significant portion, at least 3 years, spent in a supervisory capacity. Experience in inventory management is essential. Proficiency in SAP is a mandatory requirement for this position.
