The Role: Senior Team Manager (IPNC)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager (IPNC) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role is integral to ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. The position focuses on maintaining robust business and quality management systems to support the company's performance objectives and ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Senior Team Manager (IPNC) is to maximize Operations business performance through the diligent maintenance of the Business/Quality Management System. This includes:

• Overseeing the implementation and adherence to established business and quality management protocols.
• Monitoring operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance metrics.
• Identifying areas for improvement within the Business/Quality Management System to enhance efficiency and output.
• Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of quality management practices across operations.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of operational procedures to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess foundational experience in operational management or quality systems. The role requires a proactive approach to system maintenance and performance optimization.
