The Role of Senior Production Manager

Almarai is seeking a Senior Production Manager to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves managing self-directing, multi-functional teams to ensure the efficient processing and packing of poultry products. The manager will be responsible for meeting internal customer order requirements within defined performance parameters, while adhering to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize product quality to ensure all products meet required specifications.
• Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time and to the correct specification.
• Optimize product yield and minimize wastage, along with maximizing plant utilization to enhance the profitability of operations.
• Ensure Health & Safety on-the-job training is conducted for staff to guarantee all activities are performed safely and efficiently.
• Direct, manage, and control required manpower and resources efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Motivate the workforce to meet future business challenges.
• Identify, plan, and implement requisite staff development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience in production management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams effectively.
• Proven track record in optimizing production processes and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Hail. The role requires ensuring all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner to fulfill internal customer service requirements while meeting agreed quality specifications and cost parameters.
