The Role: Senior Team Manager, Civil Engineering

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Senior Team Manager – Civil Engineering to join our team in Hail. This full-time position involves leading civil projects, supervising site activities, and ensuring strict compliance with established quality, safety, and engineering standards across various construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, including oversight of work crews and contractors.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project quality, progress, and the performance of the project team.
• Provide essential technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet all specified standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address any construction-related issues that arise.

Role Focus and Scope

The Senior Team Manager will provide comprehensive technical oversight for civil engineering projects. This includes managing contractors, coordinating various project elements, and effectively resolving multidisciplinary construction challenges to maintain project integrity and progress.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project leadership and site management.
