About the Salesperson Role at NICE ONE

NICE ONE is seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our retail team in Hail. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated and customer-focused. The role involves direct engagement with customers in-store, driving sales of our product range, maintaining merchandising standards, and contributing to the achievement of branch targets.

Key Contributions of the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers while actively promoting products and services. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a foundational understanding of product knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. The Salesperson is instrumental in meeting individual and store sales objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Greet customers, understand their needs, provide comprehensive product information and recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Actively promote products and current promotions, work towards individual and store sales targets, and finalize sales through effective questioning and upselling techniques.
Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves as needed, ensure accuracy of pricing and signage, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
Accurately operate the cash register and payment systems, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to achieve daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members as required.
Adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to safeguard assets and maintain a safe working environment.
Provide regular feedback to store management regarding customer trends, inventory requirements, and sales performance.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: 0-1 years in a retail or customer service environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock as required, and perform routine store tasks.
Legal Eligibility: Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
