Senior Workshop Supervisor

About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Workshop Supervisor to oversee the repair and maintenance of the regional fleet. This full-time role focuses on ensuring operations are conducted safely, compliantly, and according to established plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The position is based in Hail and Ash Shamli, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Workshop Supervisor will lead a team with a focus on continuous improvement and engagement. The primary objective is to maintain the regional fleet efficiently, ensuring all activities align with operational targets and business needs, both current and future.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously review and improve work processes through regular evaluations and employee involvement to enhance efficiency and engagement.
• Optimize manpower resources to achieve operational targets and support current and future business needs.
• Maintain workplace practices and the working environment in line with established standards and compliance requirements.
• Monitor daily fleet operations by overseeing workshop activities, including manpower availability, spare parts management, and breakdown response, while providing technical guidance on workshop practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in workshop supervision or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, SOPs, and safety compliance.
• Technical knowledge in workshop practices and fleet operations.
