Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and implementing an effective filing and administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization.
- Identify and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific sponsors related to each event.
- Negotiate and handle potential sponsors while closing advantageous arrangements.
- Socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.
- Formulate all correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure proper branding for sponsors.
- Maintain effective relationships with local, national and international media for event coverage.
- Host media members, strategic partners, and top clients at hotel functions/events.
- Assist in the production of promotional material and gather supporting data.
- Document all internal functions and events, capturing key moments and VIPs.
Skills and Qualifications:
You should be a graduate in advertising, marketing, or communications, preferably with experience in a similar field. Key qualifications include:
- Computer literacy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferable.

- Understanding hotel operations.
- Effective communication.
- Business planning.
- Supervising teamwork and operations.
- Understanding differences and adaptability.
