About the Role

Bright House RealEstate is seeking a Property Management Accountant to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing the financial records associated with rental properties. The role involves overseeing income, expenses, and tenant accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Property Management Accountant will perform a range of daily tasks crucial to the financial health of the properties under management. These responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.
• Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Ensuring the accurate posting of all financial transactions within the accounting system.
• Preparing regular financial reports for property owners.
• Monitoring cash flow for each individual property.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborating with the property management team to resolve billing issues and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and established company policies.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the property management or real estate sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work directly from the company's premises in Jeddah.
