نحن نبحث عن محترفين نشطين وشغوفين في مجال المالية والذين يعتزون بتقديم مستويات استثنائية من خدمة العملاء وتوفير حلول إبداعية لضيوفنا. بصفتك مدير مالي، ستلعب دوراً محورياً في ضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة داخل قسم المالية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحقق من تقرير أمين الصندوق العام، وقسيمة دخل اليومية، ومراجعة فواتير الموردين إلى جانب ترميز المصاريف في دفتر الأستاذ العام.
  • تأكد من أن مدفوعات الموردين تخضع للتحقق مع الفواتير الداعمة، وأوامر الشراء وما إلى ذلك، وإدارة التعويضات عن المصاريف مع الوثائق الصحيحة.
  • مراجعة تقارير الرواتب مع المستندات الداعمة في نهاية الشهر وإعداد التسويات لدفتر الأستاذ العام.
  • مراقبة تجديد العقود المنتهية وإعداد ونشر وتحديث قيود القسيمة القياسية والتعديلات.
  • تحليل المصاريف مقارنة بالميزانية والتأكد من أن جميع التقارير المحاسبية والمواعيد النهائية للوظائف تم الوفاء بها.

التعليم والمؤهلات والخبرات:
يجب أن تمتلك درجة في إدارة الفنادق أو المحاسبة إلى جانب ما لا يقل عن عامين من الخبرة في بيئة الفندق. مهارات التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية ممتازة، ومعرفة برامج Opera وMicros وFBM وSUN System تعتبر ميزة.

  • موجه نحو النتائج مع دافع قوي لتحقيق النتائج.
  • يستطيع تحفيز الذات بنظرة إيجابية وقادر على التفكير بطرق مبتكرة.
