In this crucial role, you will engage in various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient processing and organization of documents. Your impact will support our operations and contribute to our commitment to secure information management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort documents from CSD officers based on seriality including canceled pick slips, gate passes, invoices, and credit notes.
- Attach RTV's with corresponding credit notes and provide weekly copies to sales and accounting teams.
- Update receipt invoices in the JDE system (Invoice control application).
- Securely store all paperwork in designated places.
- Manage requests for file access and keep logs of borrowed documents.
- Follow confidentiality policies to protect sensitive data and information.
