About the Role

DNC Group (شركة ظل النخيل) is seeking a Plantation Maintenance Team Supervisor (Agricultural Specialist) to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role is integral to the maintenance project for the Municipality's nurseries and glass greenhouses in Jeddah Governorate. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in plantation and garden maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising work teams and distributing daily tasks effectively.
• Monitoring irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and general plant care activities.
• Overseeing pest and plant disease control operations.
• Monitoring worker performance and ensuring tasks are completed according to project requirements.
• Preparing and tracking daily maintenance work schedules.
• Handling field issues and resolving problems with work teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma or High School degree; an agricultural specialization is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in plantation and garden maintenance work.
• Proven experience in supervising work teams.
• Proficiency in using agricultural tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in the field and manage work pressure.
• Previous experience in garden and nursery maintenance projects is preferred.

Work Location

This position is based in Jeddah Governorate, Makkah, and involves fieldwork within the specified project scope.
