Job Purpose:
Interact with customers throughout all phases of the sales process in the showroom and maintain strong relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Accountability Areas:
  • Customer Interactions: Provide a warm welcome, understand customer needs, make product presentations, and build lasting relationships.
  • Showroom Sales: Showcase products, promote new offerings, prepare quotations, follow up on deals, process payments, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams for effective operations.
  • HR Proficiency: Work collaboratively to achieve departmental objectives and maintain open communication.
  • Delivery & Quality: Ensure effective execution of planned activities and adherence to quality standards.
  • Business Process & Compliance: Follow established procedures and ensure safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues as they arise and escalate complex problems as needed.

Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

Work Environment: On site.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and existing clients.
  • Upsell and renew packages for existing clients in a timely manner to maintain client retention.
  • Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to manual billing.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients on a name-to-name basis.
  • Notifying the Manager of any clients’ complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate response.
  • Being knowledgeable of all products and programs and building value.
  • Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
  • Consistently looking for opportunities to gain new clients and elevate service levels.
  • Actively build a network of contacts through referrals.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Work closely with Team Leader to identify trainers with gaps in schedules and match them with new client prospects.

Candidate Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in sales (specifically within Fitness, F&B, Hotel Services or other Consumer Service industries is a plus)
  • Fluent Arabic and English written and spoken is a must
  • Two years Sales Experience in B2C
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, confident and determined approach
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
