The Role: Fashion Consultant Jacquemus

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant Jacquemus to join the team at Jawharat Mall in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on achieving individual and collective sales targets while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role also involves supporting the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, and slow-moving items to inform business reviews.
• Cultivate client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide feedback on products prior to buying decisions.
• Contribute to eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee click and collect operations to ensure compliance with Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure accurate capture of customer data in line with marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay informed about its app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Stay updated on all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-through performance within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input regarding effective and less effective practices within the store.
