The Role

Ghithaa is seeking an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis. This role is based in either Jeddah or Makkah and combines responsibilities across employee operations and recruitment, playing a key part in supporting our workforce and talent acquisition efforts.

Employee Operations Responsibilities

• Manage employee files and ensure records are updated regularly.
• Track and facilitate the renewal of employment contracts.
• Handle sponsorship transfer and visa procedures through government platforms such as Qiwa and Muqeem.
• Ensure compliance with the Wage Protection System (Mudad).
• Follow up on GOSI (Social Insurance) records and manage necessary updates.
• Monitor the Saudization ratio using the Nitaqat platform.
• Manage government support programs, including Taqat and HRDF/Hadaf, and follow up on support requests.
• Prepare periodic reports related to employee affairs.

Recruitment Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates for various open positions within the company.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate effectively with department managers to identify and understand hiring needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies when required to support hiring efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this HR Specialist role should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources, with exposure to both employee operations and recruitment functions. A foundational understanding of HR principles and local labor regulations is beneficial.
