The Role: Inventory Coordinator

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join its team in Makkah, serving both Jeddah and Makkah regions. This is a full-time position responsible for supporting critical inventory and logistics operations. The role involves managing stockroom activities, shipping and receiving processes, order fulfillment, materials handling, and overall inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack and inspect received goods against purchase orders, repair orders, or invoices.
• Inspect incoming materials for hidden damage, quality, and conformity to standards.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods and process unsatisfactory items for rejection.
• Process quarantined parts and related procedures according to established guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of all goods shipped.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Operational Scope and Objectives

The Inventory Coordinator ensures the accurate receipt, secure storage, efficient distribution, and timely shipment of various materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. A primary objective of this role is to maintain high inventory accuracy and support broader operational requirements, all while adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
