About the Role

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking Maintenance Services Representatives to join their team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the serviceability, reliability, and operational readiness of Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment. The position involves troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining aircraft systems in accordance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and customer standards. Successful candidates will be part of ongoing growth plans, with expected onboarding to commence from December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Services Representative performs comprehensive line maintenance and administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform line maintenance and oversee work carried out by non-certifying workers, signing for completed tasks under Panasonic-issued or Airline-issued authorization privileges during transit checks.
• Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems, and conduct functional tests post-rectification.
• Execute component replacement, adjustments, inspections, and functional tests in accordance with all applicable approved documentation.
• Conduct Cabin Sweeps, transit checks, and maintenance checks as per contractual obligations or approved company procedures, and report findings efficiently.
• Complete aircraft documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including electronic data entry and/or paper-based systems, to meet Quality Assurance standards.
• Assist in the management of airside inventory, including cycle counting, packaging, and shipping.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, Health & Safety, and tool care.
• Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Hold an appropriate valid aircraft license or Authority required to issue a release to service for work performed on customer aircraft types/systems at the assigned location.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of essential aircraft maintenance experience, including:
• Ability to determine if a Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) requires replacement.
• Proficiency in determining if a unit is faulty from stock or requires further troubleshooting.
• Competence in using basic troubleshooting equipment and applicable techniques.
• Experience in carrying out aircraft refueling, oil uplift, brake and wheel changes.
• Capability to perform airframe and engine visual checks.
• Skill in carrying out defects rectification.
• Ability to carry out aircraft push back procedures.

Required Skills and Professional Attributes

• Ability to oversee work and mentor other team members as needed.
• Proficiency in applying professional concepts, company policies, and procedures to effectively resolve a variety of technical issues.
