About the Role

Taj HR is seeking an Arabic R&D Food Formulation Specialist to join its research and development team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be responsible for developing new food products, enhancing existing formulations, and ensuring that all products meet specific dietary and cultural standards. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to formulate and improve recipes, contributing to overall product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine food formulations that align with Arabic culinary traditions and dietary needs.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in food formulation or product development, with a preference for experience in Arabic cuisine.

• Solid knowledge of food raw materials.
