About the Bell Captain Role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Bell Captain to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in front office operations who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing effective solutions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional and friendly working relationships with all Front Office employees and Bellboys.
  • Ensure guests receive a warm welcome upon arrival and offer assistance proactively.
  • Supervise the activities of Bellboys, ensuring efficient and professional handling of guest luggage from arrival to departure.
  • Manage and deliver guest and employee messages, mail, and packages in a timely and organized manner.
  • Establish and control duty rosters in alignment with business requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and ensure subordinates are informed to assist guests with inquiries.
  • Monitor guest profiles through the Opera system to understand guest needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training within a hotel's Front Office Department.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Opera property management system is a plus.
