Position Overview

Creative Hospitality is seeking a full-time Catering Sales Executive for The Ritz-Carlton, AMAALA. This role is situated within the Jeddah and Makkah region of Saudi Arabia, with the primary base on AMAALA Island. AMAALA is an emerging ultra-luxury hospitality destination located on the Red Sea.

Role Summary

The Catering Sales Executive will be responsible for driving event experiences and operating within a dynamic sales environment. This position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in catering or hospitality sales. Candidates must be comfortable with living and working in a remote island environment, as AMAALA Island is an exclusive destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and manage catering and events sales leads.
• Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and event orders.
• Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Support the development of long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of prior experience in catering sales, events, or hospitality sales within a luxury hotel or venue.
• Strong knowledge of catering operations, event planning, and sales techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and events simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
