About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing food and beverage service to guests, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for every stay.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, seeking opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer inquiries.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the point-of-sale system, and ensure timely delivery of completed orders.
• Maintain the food service station, ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and organized.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold high standards for guest and team member well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements
