About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Front Office / Guest Service Agent to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals who will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and efficient experience throughout their stay. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage guest interactions from arrival to departure. This includes facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing all guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. The agent plays a central role in ensuring guests feel welcome and that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
  • Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
  • Utilize up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency, effectively managing messages and communications.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within a front office environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a hotel setting, requiring direct interaction with guests and collaboration with hotel teams.
