About the ICQA Researcher Role at Amazon

Amazon is seeking an ICQA Researcher MEATR ICQA to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves detailed and high-quality research into all inventory adjustments and transactions. The ICQA Researcher will collaborate closely with the operations team to provide essential data support for improvement initiatives and to conduct root cause investigations into operational defects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
Maintain data integrity, aiming for a 0% error rate.
Design queries, compile data, and generate reports using MS Access and Excel.
Chart and graph data for reporting purposes.
Conduct in-depth research of defect trends.
Perform data collection and entry as required.
Engage in data mining and problem-solving activities.

Candidate Profile and Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and the ability to lead by example in key performance areas, including safety and quality. This role requires developing subject matter expertise on all operational processes within the assigned site. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
Capability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching are required.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
1+ year of data analytics or automation experience.
Experience improving and creating new processes and structures to achieve goals.
Demonstrated active professional presence on the floor with self-learning abilities.

This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role operates within a dynamic environment that requires physical stamina and adaptability to varying work schedules, including nights and holidays, to support continuous operations.
