Cultivay Center is a childhood development center dedicated to providing a safe, warm, and empowering environment for children through a child-centered approach. We are currently seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The Role of Insurance Specialist

The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing all medical insurance-related activities. This full-time position ensures the smooth and timely processing of patient eligibility, approvals, and claims, and involves direct communication with insurance companies. This role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and coverage details.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and within specified deadlines.
• Review insurance requirements and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
• Monitor the status of claims and resolve any insurance-related issues that may arise.
• Provide assistance with reception duties as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated previous administrative experience.
• Basic understanding of medical insurance or billing processes.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 / CPT coding or healthcare systems is considered an advantage.
• High attention to detail, crucial for identifying coding errors and interpreting insurance policies.
• Organized, proactive, and possessing good overall communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in IT skills is required.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the cities of Makkah or Jeddah. The role involves working within a supportive team environment focused on childhood development.
