About the Investor Relations Manager Role

Alawaly Real Estate is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join its Investment Department. This full-time position, based in the Makkah Region (Jeddah, Makkah), involves direct collaboration with the Fund Manager to cultivate relationships with capital partners, custodians, and fund participants, ensuring operational efficiency across the real estate fund portfolio. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and is a key contributor to the company's investor relations strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with capital partners, tracking their contractual obligations and financial commitments.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly and quarterly fund reports to custodians and regulatory bodies within established deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation of Board of Directors' resolutions by coordinating operational measures across internal departments.
  • Support the Fund Manager in preparing Board materials, including investor presentations, corporate memoranda, performance reports, and financial analyses.
  • Assist in documenting and structuring new funds, ensuring compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) procedures.
  • Manage, secure, and archive critical fund documentation, such as development agreements, custody agreements, and contractual frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to ensure data accuracy and facilitate the flow of financial and operational information.
  • Monitor CMA regulatory updates relevant to real estate funds and brief the Fund Manager on potential impacts.
  • Support the screening and pre-qualification processes for new fund projects, including reviewing PQQs and EOIs.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of real estate fund structures and CMA regulations.
  • Advanced professional writing and reporting skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Foundational knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow dynamics, and investment metrics (IRR, ROI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for advanced analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to analyze, summarize, and interpret complex legal contracts and agreements.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi capital markets ecosystem and its key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate funds, capital markets, asset management, or real estate development.
  • Prior experience with CMA-regulated entities is highly preferred.
  • Professional financial designations such as CME (*, CME-1) or CFA are considered a significant asset.
