About the Role

Reza Investment Company is seeking an IT Specialist to join its team in the Makkah region, covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience to support day-to-day IT operations within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment.

Role Context and Scope

The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT services. This position demands strong execution and accountability, operating across multiple IT domains while managing tasks under real business pressure to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle IT tickets and service requests in line with ITSM practices, including incident, request, and basic problem handling.
• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for end-user issues, Office 365, Active Directory (user management, basic troubleshooting), and basic networking issues (LAN, connectivity, troubleshooting).
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors as required to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Support applications and business users across various departments within the company.
• Work across two physical locations, the Head Office and the Factory, on different days as operational needs dictate.
• Maintain proper documentation for IT processes and adhere to defined IT procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in an IT support or operations role.

Work Environment and Location
