Everhires is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its team in the Real Estate Development sector. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region, and involves leading strategic marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all marketing initiatives and overseeing the customer service team. This role requires a strategic marketer with a proven track record in the Real Estate Development sector, capable of managing an agile team and driving brand growth through high-impact campaigns. The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and leads a team of nine individuals across marketing and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, advertising, and public relations strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast sales, and evaluate the profitability of campaigns.
• Analyze competitor activities and market economic trends to optimize pricing and positioning strategies.
• Oversee content creation, digital channels, corporate events, and client relationship management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Demonstrated strategic marketing capabilities with a proven track record.
• Specific experience within the Real Estate Development sector is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the Makkah region. The role involves leading a combined marketing and customer service team of nine professionals.
