Role Overview: Marketing Specialist

Darb Station is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen Darb's brand identity, increase awareness, and expand its digital presence. The specialist will contribute to the company's objectives within the road services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging, high-quality content in various formats, such as text, graphics, and video.
• Utilize generative AI tools for idea generation, marketing copy production, visual asset creation, and content streamlining, while ensuring brand quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, content creators, and influencers to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and dashboards, prepare regular reports, and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to strengthening Darb's brand identity, increasing brand awareness, and expanding its digital presence in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within digital marketing. A foundational understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, and performance monitoring is essential. Familiarity with generative AI tools for marketing purposes is also beneficial.
