About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a NOC Engineer Satellite Operation to join their team. This contract position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on ensuring the continuous operation and monitoring of satellite and core network infrastructure, providing essential support and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support NOC operations, telecom systems, and satellite infrastructure.
• Work with signaling flows, routing tables, authentication paths, and mobile-core elements.
• Manage incident workflows and handle partner escalations within a multi-vendor NOC environment.
• Analyze logs, traces, routing tables, and event correlations across various network elements.
• Utilize OSS/NMS tools, alarms, KPIs, and dashboards for effective monitoring and troubleshooting.

Required Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in NOC operations, telecom monitoring, satellite operations, or core-network support.
• Demonstrated experience working with signaling flows, routing tables, authentication paths, or mobile-core elements.
• Practical exposure to multi-vendor NOC operations, incident workflows, and partner escalations.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of signaling protocols such as Diameter, SIP, and NAS.
• Solid grasp of routing fundamentals and core-network behavior.
• Knowledge of telecom connectivity flows, including SIM activation, attach procedures, mobility, and authentication.
• Proficiency in analyzing logs, traces, routing tables, and event correlations across network elements.
• Familiarity with OSS/NMS tools, alarms, KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring platforms.
• Basic understanding of satellite network components, gateways, or hybrid RAN-core flows is considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, basic scripting (Python/Bash), and various troubleshooting tools.

Work Environment and Contract Details

This is a contract position based in the Makkah region, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires an individual capable of operating within a dynamic network operations center environment.
